Golden Soup


  • 1/2 Cup Yellow Onion Diced
  • 1 Yellow Squash Cut into chunks
  • 3 Cups Carrots Cut into chunks
  • 3 Tbsp Avocado oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Chopped
  • 2 Tsp Turmeric Ground
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Grated
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • Vegetable Broth To thin out soup as needed
  • 1/2 Cup Califia Farms Heavy Cream
  • Squeeze Raw Unfiltered Honey
  • Pepper & Salt To taste


  • In a medium deep pot, sauté the onions, the squash, and the carrots.
  • Add the garlic, grated ginger, turmeric and the bayleaf. Then sautee for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the vegetable broth and let simmer until all the vegetables are softened.
  • Transfer into the Vitamix and a blend until silky smooth.
  • Add the heavy cream, honey and blend one more time. 
Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with warm sour dough bread.
