Instructions
In a medium deep pot, sauté the onions, the squash, and the carrots.
Add the garlic, grated ginger, turmeric and the bayleaf. Then sautee for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the vegetable broth and let simmer until all the vegetables are softened.
Transfer into the Vitamix and a blend until silky smooth.
Add the heavy cream, honey and blend one more time.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with warm sour dough bread.
