Ingredients
- 1 Cup Prunes
- 1 Cup Apricots
- 1 Large Honey Crisp Apple Peeled and cubed into large chunks
- 1/2 Cup Amaretto Cherries With syrup
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
Instructions
- Place all contents into a medium deep pot and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
- Then simmer until softened and the liquid is a syrup like consistency (roughly 20-30 minutes).
I like to pour over Greek yogurt and oatmeal.
