Hospitality management background with hands-on experience in high-pressure private dining environments. Guest-facing, operationally calm, and fluent in English, Dutch and Spanish — bringing both service precision and warm hospitality presence to every setting.

Michelle Lupker
Co-led a restaurant with her mother for three years before relocating to Barcelona and transitioning into international private chef work. Strong foundation in kitchen leadership, menu development and guestfacing hospitality — with extensive experience working across Europe, Africa and Asia.

Together — recurring culinary partners for Red Bull athletes and performance projects worldwide, experienced operators within private villas, luxury retreats and high-performance sports environments.
