Meet Chef Jorge Valencia, Culinary Director and one of the founding chefs of Sky High. Jorge leads our events and entertaining division, from intimate dinner parties to full-scale celebrations, and brings serious creativity to every menu.
His last family put it best: he cooked for everyone’s preferences, went beyond the kitchen (even helping with school pickups), and became someone they trusted completely.
Jorge is now available for full-time placement, private events and large-scale entertaining. Based in Houston, Texas, and available for travel.
