Brooklyn trained at Brasserie 19, completed a catering internship with Messina’s in New Orleans, and studied at Stephen F. Austin. She’s wonderful with kids, and the family she cooks for now says she’s mastered the balance every parent wants: food the kids actually eat, and meals the adults are impressed by.
Brooklyn currently has three days a week open and is available for full day placement.
